Conflict Resolution should be implemented as quickly as possible whenever troubles arise in your business. It is very common for businesses nowadays to operate in teams. Whether or not they be leader-driven groups or self-directed teams; the hope is always that productivity, creativity, and results will be higher in a team atmosphere. Even though this is a verified approach, whenever you assemble people from varying qualifications and experiences, it is inevitable that conflict will take place. A lot of people and businesses look at conflict as a negative, or something to be avoided. Yet conflict, differences, or arguments are a natural result of people working together. Also, without having conflict, teams can become complacent and not perform at the best possible levels. The challenge then will become, how should the team be prepared for this period of their existence, and how must the group leader facilitate through it?
